I really cant see a size differance between 20's and 22's when the rim is black if i would have noticed this before i paidd for 22's and 37's I would have went with 20's and 35's. Less lift and less rubber = better performance, MPG, less wear and tear on your truck, cost of tires.

Especially for the cost. Jul 24, 2012 · I had a 3" rough country lift with 37's on 20" factory wheels. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.

Jun 23, 2020 · There are dozens of folks on FB groups who confirmed that 37 12.50s still rub on the sway bar. So while 37s clear the control arms they don’t always clear the sway bar on 23s. It depends if your particular SD truck front axle is perfectly centered from factory.
