In case this solution works for you, I have XB7 run directly to 24 port Gb "smart" switch and all device use (incrementally) the same 10.0.0. IP address. In any event, I noticed that I can only get 5 devices on the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz each for a total of 10 devices on WiFi. It won’t allow any more and I was told ... Strange my XB7-T still stays on 20/40/80 for the 5Ghz width, 2.4 stays on 20/40 i believe. ((Original activation was setup via Xfinity app)) in June 2020.
