Compliance training needs to evolve to be more respectful of the user’s time and intellect. Also, compliance training has to become much less repetitive and that companies will figure out ways to give learners credit for the training they have taken in the past.

To eliminate monotony, we need to apply different approaches and teach once (maybe twice) and then remind often. In addition, overtraining is a waste of company resources and employee time. If we could accurately measure surplus and waste in education, planning and training programs could be much more effective.
